Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. For a return to be accepted:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, or personal hygiene items once the packaging has been opened, for hygienic reasons.

Warranty

All our products are subject to a legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and European Directive 2019/771 on contracts for the sale of goods.

Quality Certificate

All items are inspected before shipment. Products include their corresponding composition and origin labeling in accordance with European labeling regulations  (EU Regulation 1007/2011).
