Liquidation Live Return and Refund Policy
At Liquidation Live, your satisfaction comes first. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns except in case of manufacturing defects.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact
- It must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport
- Returns of used products, products damaged by the customer, or products without tags will not be accepted
How to request a return?
- Contact us through our Contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return
- We will respond within 24 hours with shipping instructions
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
Defective or incorrect products
If you have received a defective product or a product different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and send you the correct product at no additional charge.
